The timers took place its first edition in the city of Gaia (Oporto), it is a festival of classics, both motorcycles and cars, watered with a Gentlemans Ride atmosphere. Organized by the people of Ton-up garage.
The exhibition area was located at the base of a military barracks, on the top of the Gaia mountain. Where cars, motorcycles, food trucks were exhibited, as well as concerts and showrooms of motor art with photographs of Ana Pina and some of the Ton-up creations along with other pedigree classics.
From here I started a route of several hours along the Douro River. Thanks to the brothers Ferreira and Filipe Silva we were able to do the route without setbacks or losses, besides a pleasant company, they delighted us with their “bullet” positions in their Two Strokes !!! From here we thank you for all your logistical support. Thanks to them we were able to find the best place to refuel stomach of the whole region, the food house SAPO, a place where they were lovers of the two times of low displacement and the food without control. The menu consisted of more than 5 dishes + 3 types of dessert. All washed down with Portuguese wine and liquors that could be used as fuel. Very significant SACHS exposed in the middle of the dining room.
The next day the people of the Dusty Track, organized an inviting dirt track, in another military area a few meters from the exhibition. A perfect oval made expressly for the The Timers event. Perfectly done and the rain of the previous night was responsible for increasing the difficulty with an Amazonian puddle in one of the areas. This greatly increased the fun and body moisture.
