Last weekend the third edition of Wheels and Waves 2014 took place in Biarritz.

A beautiful bourgeois village on the French coast, that weekend was tormented by the chaotic concentration of engines of all kinds and most with few silent in their escapes. The people were happy, ironically speaking of course.

Thursday began with the presentation of the festival in a kind of old factory, where many of the motorcycles created so far were exhibited and also graphic and photographic work by different artists. Nor can we forget the surfer extravagances of Luc Rolland also exposed.

The next day, a one-on-one race was organized in the mountains of Hondarribia. A pleasure to see those coffee pots put “to de limit” … .. even with nitrous oxide cylinders, a real rocket, not only for the speed, but for its shape.

On Saturday, a 250km route was taken through the Pyrenean mountains, with truly unforgettable landscapes and curves. Upon arrival in Biarritz, at the “lighthouse” the “meeting point”, awards were given to the 4 best modified motorcycles and farewells and acknowledgments from the organizers, the “Southsiders”. Finishing with R’N’R concert by Brian Bent.

People from all parts of Europe gathered there those four days, very authentic people, not so much, but in general very good vibes, except for some child of a bad mother who always has to be everywhere.

Wheels and Waves is a highly recommended festival !!!!!
